Egg frittata (1 hungry person)
2 xl eggs mixed lightly with 1tbsp Of Sour cream
Cut up favorite veggies (that work for omelette) Tomatoes + greens + mushrooms etc, cook on low/med heat on cast iron for 5 mins w/ butter + coconut oil. Season with "All Seasoning" salt + pepper (or whatever you like)
Optional add ins: smoked salmon, bacon bits, ham, extra cheeses (on top), avocados,
Add eggs mixture on top of eggs and lightly mix together and cook at same heat (or slightly lower) for 4 mins
Top with additional seasoning (if needed) + cheese
Broil for 2-3 mins
Char'd Carrots
Cut whole size carrots into french fry size sticks, 1/4 inch
Season with hefty amount of smoked paprika. Salt + cracked pepper to taste.
Optional to add fresh rosemary or All Seasoning
Medium heat cast iron pan with olive and coconut oil.
Preheat broil
Place carrots on pan, leave heating for 10 mins. Heat should not make carrots stick or smoke. Should cook slowly and evenly until bottom begins to chat. No tossing or mixing.
Add 1tbsp salted butter to pan.
Squeeze 1/4 orange juice evenly over carrots
Plane on broiled (middle rack) for 3-6 mins, watching until tops of carrots begin to char.
